Our client is one of Britain’s leading energy companies, serving 3.6 million residential and business accounts with electricity and gas and is now part of the E.ON group.
Due to a push for more Sustainable Energy ‘Residential’ Solutions a new division ‘Residential Energy Solutions’ was established. Our role was to investigate & understand key competitor advances and to propose both the hierarchy setup, operating model, key territories and comp & bens along with commissions / reward structure to compete with the market and thus able to attract key market individuals.
Our team successfully appointed a 3x SMT members, 4 Team Managers and 34 Consultants. We then established the SMT for the installation division.
