We are looking for a Senior Sales Leader to drive client acquisition and revenue growth across the U.S. market within Asset Finance, Auto Finance, Equipment Finance, and Leasing. This is a strategic role, suited to an experienced VP of Sales who thrives on building relationships at C-suite level and shaping go-to-market strategy.

 

The Role

 

  • Own sales strategy and execution across the U.S. market.
  • Build, coach, and lead a high-performing sales team.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to position SaaS solutions effectively.
  • Represent the business at industry events and forums.

 

About You

 

  • 10+ years’ experience in enterprise SaaS or financial technology sales.
  • Proven success in building teams and delivering growth in complex sales environments.
  • Strong network across financial services, ideally within Asset, Auto, or Equipment Finance.
  • Skilled communicator with strong commercial acumen.
  • Comfortable with frequent client engagement and U.S. travel.
