UK Country Manager
Join a growing consulting and delivery organisation supporting transformation initiatives across financial services and enterprise technology. As UK Country Manager, you will take full responsibility for the UK business, combining commercial leadership, operational oversight and people management.
This role is designed for an experienced consulting leader with a strong track record in enterprise client development and scaling professional services organisations. You’ll be accountable for revenue growth, delivery quality and team performance, while shaping the UK strategy in alignment with wider corporate objectives.
The Role
- Own and lead the UK consulting business, with full accountability for revenue growth, operational performance and delivery quality.
- Develop and execute a clear UK growth strategy aligned to corporate objectives, with responsibility for expanding market presence and client footprint.
- Drive new business development across enterprise clients, including building pipeline, converting opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
- Leverage existing UK market relationships and partner channels to create new revenue opportunities.
- Lead and develop an established UK team, setting direction, performance expectations and a high-performance culture.
- Oversee quality across project delivery, sales activity, professional services and people management functions.
- Act as the senior UK representative, engaging with C-level stakeholders, partners and executive leadership.
- Track and report on key commercial and operational metrics, including revenue, margin, pipeline and delivery performance.
- Collaborate closely with regional and global leadership to support cross-market initiatives.
- Play a key role in talent development, retention and team expansion as the UK business scales.
About You
- Demonstrated success developing new business within the UK consulting market, particularly with enterprise-level clients.
- Proven experience scaling consulting or professional services revenue, including growing early-stage or regional entities to multi-million-pound turnover.
- Strong commercial focus, with success measured across revenue growth, operational margin and new client acquisition.
- Experience holding senior accountability across sales, delivery, professional services and people leadership.
- Track record of building and leading high-performing teams while strengthening market position.
- Comfortable operating at executive level, reporting into partner or board-level stakeholders.
- Well-connected within the UK consulting or financial services ecosystem; an existing client portfolio is a strong advantage.
Requirements
- Senior leadership experience within consulting, professional services or technology delivery environments.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales, account growth and delivery-led consulting models.
- Background in Financial Services, Asset Finance or enterprise technology is advantageous.
- Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
