Solution Architect / Functional Lead
Our client, a leading technology platform used by some of the world’s largest asset finance companies, consolidates multiple client systems onto a single platform, supporting retail and corporate business for auto, equipment, wholesale, and dealer finance across multiple jurisdictions. With clients and operations in over 20+ countries, they have offices in Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the United States.
As a Solution Architect, you will focus on using our platform to deliver clients’ functional and non-functional requirements, considering the integration landscape, enterprise aims, business goals, and project constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and document client systems and integration landscapes
- Propose, design, and deliver integration solutions
- Architect business intelligence/data-warehousing approaches
- Define and implement non-functional requirements (security, scheduling, disaster recovery)
- Develop performance targets, testing plans, and assist with execution
- Collaborate with functional experts to guide clients on product functionality
- Support overall architecture deployment using supported platforms or cloud services
- Share knowledge internally and externally, mentoring the next generation of solution architects
Requirements:
- Experience in the Auto/Equipment Finance Industry
- Experience in software development, technical advocacy, consultancy, pre-sales, solution architecture, or enterprise architecture
- Ability to engage in technical discussions and maintain current technical skills
- Excellent communication and consultancy skills
- Business analysis and client requirement gathering
- Knowledge of common integration patterns and approaches
- Ability to identify pragmatic solutions in evolving environments
- Experience in mentoring and coaching
