Solution Architect – Remote (USA)

Join a global fintech leader delivering enterprise software to the asset and equipment finance sector.

We’re looking for a Solution Architect to act as the functional lead on large-scale software implementations. You’ll guide clients through business and technical design, define project scope, and lead teams of analysts through delivery. Your background in ERP systems, asset finance, and accounting will be key to driving successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Define functional architecture and lead delivery across enterprise implementations

• Guide and mentor Business Analysts and Architects

• Facilitate client workshops, reviews, and training

• Oversee requirements, design documentation, and support project governance

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across QA, development, and project management

 

Ideal Profile:

 

• 10+ years in ERP software implementation (end-to-end lifecycle)

• 5+ years in leasing/asset finance

• Strong background in accounting and financial systems

• Excellent client engagement and communication skills

• Comfortable leading distributed teams and working across time zones

 

Bonus if you have:

 

• Hands-on experience with accounting configuration

• A track record in change management or process improvement

• Expertise in enterprise-scale data migration and systems integration
