Join a specialist consulting and systems integration partner delivering enterprise Credit & Asset Finance technology programmes. As a Solution Consultant, you’ll support clients across North America, Europe and Africa before, during and after major software implementation projects, working across loan origination, underwriting, customer management, recovery, risk management, regulatory compliance and accounting domains.

This role is ideal for someone with strong functional knowledge of Asset Finance systems who enjoys translating business requirements into working solutions and partnering closely with clients throughout delivery.

The Role

• Work with clients to define their business requirements and advise them on future trends.
• Analyse client business requirements and relate them to software solution capabilities.
• Identify and validate functional gaps, proposing realistic solutions such as workarounds or process changes within the agreed project scope.
• Define and validate customisation requirements for software products aligned to agreed business definitions.
• Build specification documents for local development, ensuring technical consultants have a clear understanding of requirements.
• Prepare and execute modelling, configuration and solution delivery.
• Prepare and perform functional testing to support User Acceptance Testing.
• Ensure test sign-off and business acceptance.
• Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills across all client and internal contacts.
• Conduct user training, including the design, customisation and maintenance of training materials.
• Support customers at key stages of delivery, ensuring your expertise is available to meet client needs and build trusted partnerships.

• Comfortable working directly with clients in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Enjoys working in agile, fast-moving and international delivery environments, across cross-disciplinary, multi-cultural teams.
• Clear communicator, able to translate business needs into practical system solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or equivalent professional experience.
• Significant experience in leasing or asset finance software implementation projects (e.g. Alfa Systems, Solifi, FIS Ambit, Cassiopae, APAK, Linedata (Ekip), Sofico (MILES), NETSOL) and/or significant experience in a consulting company around auto or equipment finance.
• Knowledge of process design tools such as Visio and/or BPMN.
• Experience with management tools such as Jira and wikis such as Confluence.
• Fluent German and English required.
