The Role

• Take full ownership of large-scale implementation projects, from initial scoping through to final delivery.
• Analyse intricate business requirements and design sophisticated solutions that push the boundaries of what’s possible with the platform.
• Act as a primary point of contact for key stakeholders, managing expectations and building strong, trust-based relationships.
• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the team.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the strategic roadmap of the organisation’s implementation methodology.
• Collaborate closely with product management and development teams to translate market needs into new software features.

About You

• Strong track record in software implementation, IT consulting or business analysis, built over several years.
• Expert-level knowledge of the automotive finance, leasing or fleet management industry.
• Thrives in challenging environments, having successfully managed complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

Requirements

• Significant experience implementing Asset Finance or Leasing platforms.
• Experience across requirements analysis, solution design and stakeholder management at a senior level.
• Proven experience mentoring or leading consultants.
