Senior Client Consultant – CMS / LO
On behalf of our client, a leading Asset Finance & Leasing Software Vendor, we are seeking a Senior Sales Consultant to drive new sales and improve sales processes for complex products in the asset and auto finance industry. This role involves developing and closing your own pipeline of new customers, achieving agreed income targets, and supporting the wider sales team in new business activities, with an initial focus on contract management and loan origination solutions for lenders, brokers, and dealers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet targets.
- Build and manage a pipeline of new clients.
- Cultivate relationships with key executives to win new business.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, from outreach to contract closure.
- Provide consultative solutions to clients.
- Maintain CRM system updates.
- Collaborate with marketing on lead generation strategies.
- Support product development and represent the business at events.
- Track market trends and provide insightful analysis on new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts and commercial models.
- Liaise with business teams to meet client needs.
- Mentor new team members and deputize for the Sales Director as needed.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, finance industry experience is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Knowledge of financial technology products in the UK and Europe.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales management tools.
- Experience with business process enhancement tools.
