Senior Business Architect – Software Delivery (Remote, USA)

Help lead transformation projects for a global fintech platform in the asset and equipment finance space.

We’re hiring a Senior Business Architect to serve as the functional lead across complex software implementations. You’ll define scope, own the client relationship for functional delivery, and manage a team of Business Analysts to ensure successful outcomes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Lead functional delivery and define project scope

• Act as main client contact for functional requirements and solutioning

• Facilitate workshops, design reviews, and client training

• Coordinate with PMs, QA, and Dev teams on implementation milestones

• Support data migration planning and custom configuration

• Mentor Analysts and drive process improvements

 

Ideal Profile:

 

• 5+ years in financial software implementation (end-to-end lifecycle)

• Experience in accounting or finance (formal education or hands-on)

• Strong client-facing communication and documentation skills

• Skilled in requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder management

• Familiar with multi-year projects and global delivery models

 

Bonus if you have:

 

• Experience in asset or equipment finance

• Confidence in accounting-related discussions with clients

• Knowledge of migration planning and design trade-offs

• Interest in relocating to HQ (Philadelphia – optional)
