Our client is seeking a Sales Director to join their U.S. team, focused on driving new client wins and expanding market presence in Asset Finance, Auto Finance, Equipment Finance, and Leasing. This role is ideal for a consultative seller with a track record in enterprise SaaS sales who enjoys leading complex deal cycles.

 

The Role

 

  • Manage full sales cycles, from pipeline generation to contract close.
  • Build and convert a qualified pipeline of financial services clients.
  • Lead discovery sessions and deliver impactful solution presentations.
  • Negotiate SaaS contracts and deal structures.
  • Work closely with pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams.

 

About You

 

  • 7+ years’ experience in SaaS or enterprise software sales.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with multi-stakeholder engagement experience.
  • Industry knowledge of Asset Finance, Auto Finance, Equipment Finance, or Leasing.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently with U.S. travel as needed.
