Project Manager (Implementation)
Our client, a prominent software vendor in the Asset, Auto, and Equipment Finance and Leasing domain, is currently searching for a Project Manager to lead and manage key workstreams within their implementation projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Workstream:
- Manage a specific area within a larger implementation project.
- Report to the Senior Project Manager.
- Implementation Leadership:
- Act as the lead for smaller active implementations or upgrades.
- Report to the Client Account Director.
- Project Management:
- Plan and track progress of deliverables.
- Monitor scope, budget, and timeline.
- Communicate project status and take corrective actions.
- Ensure new system features are delivered on time.
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Resource Management:
- Estimate and request necessary resources.
- Support, develop, and evaluate team members.
- Maintain an engaged and motivated team.
- Relationship Management:
- Develop strong relationships with client stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for additional services and features.
- Build a strong internal network.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Contribute to delivery methodology improvements.
Requirements:
- Experience leading major deliverables in enterprise software implementation.
- Knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC).
- Proven people management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in auto finance/equipment finance.
- Prior experience with financial software implementation.
