Our client, a prominent software vendor in the Asset, Auto, and Equipment Finance and Leasing domain, is currently searching for a Project Manager to lead and manage key workstreams within their implementation projects.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead Workstream:
    • Manage a specific area within a larger implementation project.
    • Report to the Senior Project Manager.
  • Implementation Leadership:
    • Act as the lead for smaller active implementations or upgrades.
    • Report to the Client Account Director.
  • Project Management:
    • Plan and track progress of deliverables.
    • Monitor scope, budget, and timeline.
    • Communicate project status and take corrective actions.
    • Ensure new system features are delivered on time.
    • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Resource Management:
    • Estimate and request necessary resources.
    • Support, develop, and evaluate team members.
    • Maintain an engaged and motivated team.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Develop strong relationships with client stakeholders.
    • Identify opportunities for additional services and features.
    • Build a strong internal network.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Contribute to delivery methodology improvements.
Requirements:
  • Experience leading major deliverables in enterprise software implementation.
  • Knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC).
  • Proven people management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
  • Experience in auto finance/equipment finance.
  • Prior experience with financial software implementation.
