Product Support Consultant
We are looking for a Product Support Consultant to support mission-critical finance platforms for lenders and brokers. This client-facing role suits a problem-solver who enjoys digging into technical issues, collaborating with product and engineering, and helping customers get the most from their software.
The Role

Provide first-class support on proprietary applications and integrated third-party products.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues, documenting steps in the ticketing system.

Collaborate with IT, Engineering, and external vendors to restore service and address root causes.

Manage customer upgrades from kick-off through implementation, coordinating internal resources.

Execute testing for maintenance releases and hot fixes.

Deliver customer training via webinars, on-site sessions, and at user events; support product demos when needed.

Create and maintain knowledge base articles and support documentation.

Follow security and compliance protocols when accessing customer data.
About You

1–3+ years in customer support, software implementation, or financial software support.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication.

Working knowledge of accounting principles and general business operations; accounting experience is a plus.

Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels and thriving in a collaborative team.

Proficient with Microsoft Office and web-based applications; familiarity with Microsoft SQL fundamentals.

Bonus: exposure to the leasing or equipment finance lifecycle, Microsoft Dynamics GP, management reporting tools, or customer portals.

Organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities to deadlines.
