A global enterprise software vendor in the Asset, Auto, and Equipment Finance sector is looking for a commercially minded Pre-Sales Manager to lead strategic engagement across its financial services client base.

This is a critical hire that will help shape how large-scale software solutions are positioned, demonstrated, and delivered — from the first conversation through to client onboarding.

The Opportunity

This is a unique chance to own and elevate the pre-sales function for a market-leading financial software provider. As part of a small high-performing team, you’ll work closely with Sales, Product, and Global Delivery to:

  • Design and deliver compelling solution demonstrations tailored to business and technical audiences

  • Support RFI/RFP responses and pricing proposals

  • Align complex client requirements with the product roadmap

  • Act as a thought leader, representing the business at industry events, conferences, and in written material

  • Provide commercial insight and customer intelligence back into product strategy

You’ll also contribute directly to revenue growth by supporting key deals, influencing decision-makers, and mentoring junior team members.

What You’ll Bring

  • Around 5 years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions consulting, or client-facing product role in financial software or fintech

  • Strong understanding of the asset finance, automotive finance, or equipment leasing landscape

  • Experience with enterprise software demonstrations, solution architecture discussions, and responding to commercial proposals

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage both C-level executives and technical stakeholders

  • A collaborative approach and the confidence to operate cross-functionally across global teams

Experience in CRM tools (Salesforce), pricing proposals, and regulatory awareness across UK and EU financial services would be highly desirable.
