Our client, an IT consulting and system integrator company specializing in the Asset, Auto and Equipment Finance domain, is seeking a Client Facing Implementation Consultant. This role requires you to analyze client business requirements, identify gaps, define customization needs, and ensure solutions are realistic and within scope. You will also prepare and execute configurations, perform functional tests, manage stakeholders, and conduct user training.

This is a permanent, full-time role based in Chicago, ideal for an experienced Business Analyst, Business Consultant, Implementation Consultant, Systems Analyst, or Technical / Functional Specialist who thrives in client-facing positions.

Requirements:

• Experience in Auto, Asset, & Equipment Finance software implementation projects (Alfa, Calms, Ambit, Cassiopae, Ekip, Miles)
• Strong analytical and adaptation skills, with functional / technical familiarity as a plus
• Proficiency in process design tools such as Visio and/or BPMN

Responsibilities:

• Define and validate customization needs for software products
