Join a specialist consulting and systems integration partner delivering enterprise Asset Finance and Leasing technology programmes. As a Client-Facing Implementation Consultant, you’ll work directly with clients across the UK and Europe, supporting successful delivery before, during and after major platform implementations.

This role is ideal for someone with strong functional knowledge of Asset Finance systems who enjoys translating business requirements into working solutions and partnering closely with clients throughout delivery.

 

The Role

• Analyse client business requirements and map them to enterprise Asset Finance software capabilities.

• Identify, validate and document functional gaps, proposing realistic solutions such as configuration changes, process adjustments or agreed workarounds.

• Define and validate system configuration and customisation requirements aligned to agreed business definitions.

• Produce clear functional specifications to support technical consultants and local development teams.

• Configure solutions and support modelling activities across finance platforms.

• Prepare and execute functional testing, supporting User Acceptance Testing through to formal business sign-off.

• Ensure test completion, issue resolution and client acceptance.

• Deliver client-facing workshops and user training, including the preparation and maintenance of training materials.

• Support customers at key stages of delivery, acting as a trusted subject-matter expert.

• Work collaboratively with consulting, technical and client teams across international, multi-disciplinary environments.

• Represent the organisation’s delivery standards, values and consulting approach throughout all engagements.

About You

• Strong experience delivering Asset Finance or Leasing software implementation projects.

• Comfortable working directly with clients in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to adapt solutions to different client contexts.

• Clear communicator, able to translate business needs into practical system solutions.

• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple workstreams effectively.

• Enjoys working in agile, fast-moving and international delivery environments.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.

• Significant experience implementing Asset Finance platforms such as Alfa Systems, Solifi (CALMS/CMS), FIS Ambit, Cassiopae, Sofico (MILES), Linedata (Ekip), APAK or similar.

• Experience across requirements analysis, process design, configuration and testing.

• Familiarity with process design tools such as Visio and/or BPMN.

• Experience using delivery and quality tools such as Jira, QC and Confluence.

• Fluent English required; additional languages are advantageous.
