Join a leading enterprise finance technology provider supporting lenders and finance organisations across Asset Finance, Equipment Finance and Automotive Finance markets. As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing and expanding long-term client relationships across EMEA.

This is a newly created role suited to someone who enjoys working with complex enterprise clients, understands long-term value creation and thrives on collaboration. You’ll be responsible for retention, renewals and account expansion, while acting as a trusted partner to your client base.

The Role

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise client accounts, driving retention, satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Build senior-level relationships across client organisations to identify cross-sell, upsell and services opportunities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating internal teams to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
  • Work closely with Customer Success Managers to enhance platform adoption and long-term value.
  • Plan, coordinate and deliver structured QBRs alongside CSMs and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed account plans, mapping stakeholders, objectives, challenges and growth opportunities.
  • Track account performance and prepare regular reports covering key metrics and insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and support vertical success.
  • Attend client meetings, industry events, trade shows and conferences to strengthen relationships.
  • Engage with industry associations to expand network and market presence.
  • Provide structured client feedback and insights to product teams to inform solution development.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management and CRM discipline.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed renewal, upsell and services revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market developments and competitive offerings.

About You

  • Strong background in SaaS account management within complex, consultative environments.
  • Proven success managing enterprise clients and achieving retention and growth targets.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to build trusted relationships at C-level and senior stakeholder level.
  • Commercially minded, proactive and comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Curious, detail-oriented and motivated by continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years’ experience in SaaS Account Management or related client-facing roles.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers and complex platforms.
  • Exposure to Asset Finance, Financial Services or Accounting markets is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDPICC is beneficial.
  • Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
