Account Executive
Join a leading enterprise finance technology provider supporting lenders and lessors across Asset Finance, Equipment Finance and Automotive Finance markets. As an Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in expanding the SME client base, securing new logos and driving sustainable revenue growth across EMEA.
This role suits a commercially driven sales professional who thrives on opening doors, building markets and managing complex, consultative sales cycles. You’ll work closely with internal teams to deliver value-led demonstrations and long-term client partnerships.
The Role
- Own the full new business sales lifecycle within your territory, from outbound prospecting and pipeline development through to deal close.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline through targeted outreach, networking, events and coordinated campaigns.
- Deliver impactful product demonstrations and presentations to senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with marketing, product and pre-sales teams to refine messaging and support vertical growth strategies.
- Consistently achieve and exceed new business revenue targets and defined KPIs.
- Attend client meetings, industry events, trade shows and conferences to build relationships and generate opportunities.
- Provide structured client and market feedback to inform product development and roadmap priorities.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management and CRM discipline.
About You
- Proven experience in SaaS new business sales, ideally within complex or consultative environments.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding new business revenue targets.
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage C-level and senior stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, market-building approach.
- Naturally curious, commercially astute and motivated by growth.
- Comfortable managing multiple opportunities and prioritising effectively.
Requirements
– Minimum 5 years’ experience in SaaS business development or account executive roles.
– Experience selling into Asset Finance, Financial Services or Accounting markets is advantageous.
– Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDPICC is beneficial.
– Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
