Colin went to the market and shook it right up for us, profiling companies where we might want to look for people as well as creating lists of potential candidates, pre-interviewing them for us and then recommending who he thought were the people most suited for us. I selected Resilient Management Solutions when we were expanding our sales leadership in the UK. Colin provided a very professional, detailed and efficient recruiting service to us. RMS created a full market map, a longlist and shortlist and they assisted in the paring process to identify the top six candidates. Although we only had one opening we ended up hiring two people as we where that impressed by the relevance and accuracy of the individuals that we met.
