This is a hands-on sales leadership role for someone with deep Auto Finance industry expertise, ready to drive strategic growth, personally lead complex enterprise sales engagements, and coach and develop a high-performing sales team to hit ambitious business objectives — while playing a pivotal role in expanding the organisation’s market presence with automotive captives, banks, credit unions, independent finance companies and other lending institutions.
The Role

- Achieve or exceed annual net-new logo, bookings, ARR and revenue growth objectives.
- Build and scale sales processes, operational frameworks and performance metrics to drive forecast accuracy, pipeline quality, conversion rates and overall sales effectiveness.

- Drive accountability across the organisation through disciplined operating rhythms, business reviews, dashboards and KPI management.
- Expand the customer base and market leadership position throughout the Auto Finance market.
- Develop relationships with automotive captives, OEM finance organisations, banks, credit unions, independent finance companies and emerging mobility finance providers.
- Build and execute a market-specific go-to-market strategy that accelerates adoption of the organisation’s technology solutions within the Auto Finance industry.
- Maintain deep market intelligence on competitive trends, customer priorities, regulatory developments and industry transformation initiatives.
- Serve as a market-facing executive and industry ambassador within the Auto Finance ecosystem.
- Lead, coach, mentor and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous learning.
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews, opportunity coaching sessions, performance discussions and talent assessments to improve results and support employee development.
- Partner closely with Marketing on account-based marketing strategies, market segmentation and pipeline generation programmes.
- Collaborate with Product Management to align market opportunities with product innovation and customer needs.
- Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Services and Operations teams to ensure successful customer outcomes and maximise long-term value.
