The Role

A varied, hands-on role covering:

• Candidate outreach and engagement (email, LinkedIn, video)
• Candidate assessment, shortlisting and management through to appointment
• Interview coordination and preparation
• Market research, mapping and competitor analysis
• Data management and ATS administration
• Client reporting and communication
• Oversight of a supporting administrator/researcher

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Previous search/recruitment experience preferred (full training provided)
• Strong organisation and time-management skills
• Comfortable handling sensitive information professionally
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Details

Full time, 40 hours/week, remote-based. Occasional evenings/Saturdays during peak periods.
