As an Implementation Consultant, you’ll sit at the intersection of business, technology, and delivery — shaping, configuring, and supporting enterprise systems that power modern finance operations.

The Role

• Support full lifecycle software implementations, from requirements capture to go-live.

• Conduct workshops to define processes, gather user stories, and document functional specifications.

• Configure core finance systems to align with business and regulatory needs.

• Work with client finance teams to support accounting, reporting, and reconciliation activities.

• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, coordinating with engineering and QA.

• Participate in data conversion and migration — including mapping, validation, and test execution.

• Deliver system training and produce clear documentation for end users.

• Contribute to planning, risk management, and stakeholder reporting.

• Coach and mentor junior team members where required.
