We’re looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant to play a key role in delivering mission-critical finance platform transformations for leading lenders and brokers. You’ll work closely with clients to translate business needs into system solutions, ensuring successful delivery from discovery through go-live.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on problem-solving, collaboration, and seeing tangible results from complex programmes of work.

 

The Role

• Lead business analysis and requirements gathering for enterprise software implementations.

• Translate client processes into clear user stories and functional documentation.

• Participate in process mapping workshops, identifying gaps and recommending best-practice solutions.

• Configure core systems to support client workflows and integration requirements.

• Support accounting and finance workstreams, including reconciliations and reporting structures.

• Investigate and triage software issues, liaising with development and QA teams to ensure timely resolution.

• Support data migration activities — including mapping, transformation, reconciliation, and cutover.

• Deliver end-user training and create supporting materials.

• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and report on delivery timelines and budget status.

• Provide leadership and guidance to junior consultants within your stream.

 

About You

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Implementation Consultant on enterprise software projects.

• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and configuration processes.

• Analytical thinker with strong communication skills and stakeholder management ability.

• Confident managing multiple priorities and driving delivery across workstreams.

• Comfortable engaging with clients at all levels to build trust and collaboration.

 

Bonus:

• Experience delivering technology change within Auto finance or Equipment finance environments.

• Familiarity with accounting principles and financial system integration.
