We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development of enterprise-level financial software, with a focus on Asset and Automotive Finance. This role combines product strategy, client engagement, and team leadership to deliver scalable and compliant platforms across the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and manage the long-term product vision for the finance platform.

• Prioritise product features based on market trends and customer needs.

• Coordinate go-to-market plans and ensure internal teams are aligned.

• Analyse product performance and competitor offerings to inform strategy.

Subject Matter Expertise

• Act as the internal expert on Asset and Auto Finance.

• Ensure products meet regulatory and operational requirements across the UK and EU.

• Stay up to date with trends in fleet management, dealer finance, and secured lending.

• Share domain knowledge with teams to support ongoing development.

Sales & Client Engagement

• Support pre-sales activities including RFPs, demos, and workshops.

• Work with sales and technical teams to present tailored solutions.

• Gather client feedback and market insights to shape future product investments.

Project & Delivery Collaboration

• Work closely with delivery teams to ensure product features are rolled out smoothly.

• Support clients during key stages such as requirements gathering, testing, and go-live.

• Help manage risks, dependencies, and priorities across multiple projects.

Team Leadership

• Guide and support cross-functional teams including analysts and architects.

• Ensure product and delivery teams are aligned on goals and execution.

• Promote a collaborative and accountable team culture.
