You MUST have the following:

• Deligent as a React Developer/Software Engineer/Programmer
• Must have advanced TypeScript
• Ideally have a good understanding of Asset Finance Systems
• Broad understanding of front, middle or back office (Accountancy focused) systems
• Proficiency on the backend- either Java (or variant), Python, Node, C# or C++

The following is DESIRABLE, not essential:

• AWS, Azure, GCP
• CI/CD
• GraphQL
• Derivatives such as futures, options, swaps, forwards

Role: Lead React Developer (Software Engineer Programmer React JavaScript TypeScript GraphQL Front Office Front-Office Trading Fixed Income Equities FX Full Stack Full-Stack Java Scala Kotlin Python C++ C# Node AWS Azure GCP Derivatives Asset Manager Investment Management Buy Side Buy-Side Hedge Fund Finance) required by our asset management client in London. You will join a team of 23, as the Lead React Developer, responsible for the ongoing development and improvement of actively deployed solutions.  The front is built in React with TypeScript and GraphQL. On the back end, its a combination of Node, Java and Python. The role will be 80% front & UX and 20% back end. In order to apply for the role, you need to present a strong background in React and TypeScript as well as know how to integrate on the back end whether in Node, Java, Python, C# or C++. You will also have worked previously as a lead developer. This role will include coding, design and architectural development. A combination of Strategy & tactical development inline with standards and software development methodology. You should also be proficient in testing your / your teams solutions, CI/CD and cloud, wAWS, GCP or Azure.
