As an API Analyst, you will act as the Subject Matter Expert for our clients API offerings for both customers and internal resources. If you are ready to apply your talents with a market leader, keep reading!

Spend your days:

  • Providing support and resolution for internal and external customers on the proper use of all API offerings.
  • Identifying customer concerns and performs system troubleshooting to resolve issues within the API.
  • Engaging with customers and provide consultation on proper use of our API based on the goals they hope to achieve through use of the API.
  • Documenting all troubleshooting steps and communication in ticket management system, following established processes.
  • Interacting with Network Services, software systems engineering, and/or 3rd party support teams to restore service and/or identify and correct core problems
  • Escalating software bug issues and enhancement requests through issues escalation process following documented procedures.
  • Following established security/compliance protocols when requesting and working with customer data.
  • Performing testing assignments for maintenance releases and/or hot fixes as needed.
  • Conducting customer training classes either through webinars, on-site with customers, or at annual user’s conference.
  • Supports the Sales Department by performing product demonstrations to new and existing customers.
  • Creating Knowledge Base articles to address frequently asked questions on our clients’ products.
  • Performs after hours and on-call assignments as needed.
  • Ability to occasionally travel when demands for onsite activity are high, less than 5%.
  • Perform other duties or projects as required.

What you must bring with you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an accounting role preferred. Previous customer service required.

  • Proficient knowledge of our clients Technology Solutions applications.
  • Proficient knowledge of the leasing industry from origination through portfolio management and customer service.
  • Proficient knowledge of all Microsoft Office products.
  • Proficient knowledge accounting principles and overall business knowledge.
  • Proficient knowledge of Internet Explorer and using web-based applications.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP and Management Reporting software applications.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft’s customer portal to research issues and log service tickets for Dynamics GP software issues.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL fundamentals.
  • Exceptional customer service and problem resolution skills required.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, showing strong competency to accuracy and detail orientation.
  • Strong communication, both verbal and written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with individuals across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to support and maintain a positive team dynamic.
  • Ability to adapt to newer technologies continually and quickly.
  • Ability to provide critical feedback in a professional, affirming manner as well as express specifications and/or results in writing.
  • Ability to multi-task, working on several projects at once.
  • Ability to maintain own workflow and meet critical deadlines.
