A unique brief to create a new sales channel in Asia utilising a UK employee for our US client. A very special business who produce Magnetic Propulsion systems with travel and manufacturing applications.
RMS went to market unearthing 162 individuals for consideration. Our MD led the investigation to streamline a large number of profiles down to 10 individuals that work for direct competitors both in the UK & Europe.
RMS setup Interviews and our client flew over; 2 days later our client left very impressed. Two strong individuals were invited to the US and both were employed. The Asia Market has now grown to over £17M & the UK has far surpassed exceptions.

Our research team did a fantastic job to establish a target list of businesses currently delivering £MM contracts to JLR. Following 136 approaches, 57 profile evaluations & 27 face to face interviews RMS delivered a 5 strong shortlist.

A complex search that required onsite interviews with all stake holders for such an important appointment. This role had been given to 4 recruiters prior to our engagement. We worked closely with HR to review all past profiles to avoid duplication and to ensure that our shortlist was perfect.
After a 6 week project Resilient completed a full market map, navigated & interviewed 64 individuals and appointed with great success on a 5:3:2:1 ratio.

A vertical that is very unique and extremely limited in resources. Recruitment of industry leading resources has been difficult for our client for a number of years. Typically relying on agencies to present CV's but frustrated by a limited pool of the same candidates.
Resilient undertook a large data & market hierarchy mapping project. We mined that data to identify those that had not been approached, never been seen & whom were of interest.
After developing a Succession / Critical Hire Plan we diligently headhunted & appointed 3 individuals that have delivered a significant business benefit both in terms of knowledge, intel & revenue.

As part of their group development Resilient was asked to review the market, research the competition and establish a new Marketing strategy whilst appointing the right individual to lead it.
The dental market is saturated with practices & suppliers, however finding a business with a developed marketing strategy that focuses on all social and traditional mediums to attract from was complex.
Our team diligently identified 32x individuals, approached 17x, assessed 14x, shortlisted 6x, and presented 4x. We successfully appointed on a 4:2:1 Ratio with another happy customer & employee.
